This is something I paid for awhile back when I was into IM in general,
way before I got into PPD and CPA. This method is how you can get super
targeted traffic for Facebook. Now just to warn you - it will cost money
to do this (to get software, as well as advertise on FB) but if you can
target right you can get clicks for just pennies. I can't guarantee
this will work with every niche for every method - however if you do it
right it could definitely earn you a shit ton of cash.
Things Needed
So assuming you have SLF and a Facebook Account, the first thing you're going to want to do is find a huge audience you want to target. For the sake of this tutorial, I'm going to target XBOX.

This is their official page, with over 22m fans. I'm going to show you how you can target just the fans who comment/like often. But first we should find more pages.
Here is a separate audience you could consider adding to the first audience you extracted, or you could target them with something like "XBOX ONE BETA HACK" or something of the sort. You generally don't want an extreme amount of fans, because at that point you lose some of the die-hard people who would definitely click your ad. Targeting xbox may not be the best option because they advertise a ton, and any joe-shmoe could be extracted (and thus a waste of audience). However, it could work great, I haven't tested xbox. I did do this with candy-crush, and saw some awesome results and got some downloads awhile ago.

Just another idea - you could target a very targeted page such as Minecraft Xbox with Minecraft hacks and etc. You wouldn't be wasting clicks/impressions on people who have never heard of Minecraft, because all of these people have! SUPER TARGETED TRAFFIC you will never get anywhere else.

Anyways. Now once you've spotted out the pages you want, you open SLF (Social Lead Freak) and you extract the pages you want. When you hit 'extract' it extracts the people who comment/like often. You want to keep an eye on the column that says 'talking about' if it is low, you will not get any ID's most likely. You want to keep it anywhere above 500, most likely.

Now once you extract one (or a few) you will get an excel document for each extraction. This document will hold a ton of FB User ID's that you will upload to Facebook to target. Now you need to go to Facebook - to the power editor. This is something you need to download from Facebook. The link will be below. You're going to need to go all the way through the power editor on the left side to the audiences. And you want to create a custom audience, and hit UID's when you're uploading them. Upload as many as you want, but it will take an hour of loading before you can use it with your Facebook AD.

Now go and create your Facebook ad, and in advance targeting you will see your audience. Click it, and it will narrow down your audience A LOT. Don't worry, I'm going to create a good guide on Facebook Advertising later. But for now this will apply to those who know what they're doing.

This was a league of legends audience I tested. It is very narrow.
Lastly, the biggest tip anyone will tell you concerning FB advertising, is DON'T LISTEN TO THEIR RECOMMENDATIONS and DON'T OPTIMIZE FOR CLICKS IF YOU'RE NEW. If you have such a extreme targeted audience, odds are they will click your ad, so optimize for impressions. It will save you so much, and let you get clicks for literally pennies.

Here, they recommend anywhere from .3 cents per thousand impressions, to .11 cents. This is awesome! It's so targeted you will get such intense traffic for pennies. Now I would probably bid .20 cents on that, so I know I secure a place at the top of their ads. However, you would probably be safe at .8-.10.
Make sure to check your ad and optimize what you're bidding as you get clicks, this will drive your cost down. Do NOT let Facebook make decisions with your money - keep in mind, they are in the money making business as well. Hope this helped!
