i have told one guy to implement this (this was when i didn't really start on CPA) to see if CR increases and it did.

Show that you have XX amounts of whatever you are giving out. As they are looking site get this number to decrease using javascript or anything else that can do this.

As an example if you are giving out beta codes. Next to the get/download button place a text saying 44/100 beta codes left. With javascript make the 44 decrease every 10 seconds or so.

This will put pressure on the viewer and get them to complete a survey quicker also it will tell them that other people are getting this too so it's more trust worthy.
